The game won't load

Audio issues
Use the Audio and Music buttons inside the game to toggle sound on and off. If there's no audio at all, check that your device volume is up and that your browser is not muting the page (look for a speaker icon in the browser tab).
My coin balance disappeared
Your virtual coin balance is stored in your browser session. If you clear your browser data or use a private/incognito window, the balance may reset. This is normal behaviour — virtual coins are for entertainment only and have no monetary value. Your balance also resets automatically if it falls very low, so you can always keep playing.
Mobile and tablet
The game is designed to work on modern smartphones and tablets. For the best experience, use a recent version of Chrome, Safari, or Firefox. Landscape orientation typically provides the best view on smaller screens.
